Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

At HomeSuit, we want you to love your family loungewear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. This Return Policy applies to all orders placed through behomesuit.com, operated by VELOCITYGLOBE CO LLC. All transactions are in Euros (EUR).

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners (if any) must be attached and intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or a secure alternative that protects the product during transit.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order.

  • Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel (unless unopened and in original sealed packaging)

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (explicitly stated on the product page)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been customized or personalized (e.g., monogrammed loungewear)

  • Items damaged by the customer due to improper use, washing, or storage

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please see Section 6 (Damaged or Incorrect Items).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at popular@behomesuit.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Step 2: You will receive a return authorization confirmation along with a return shipping address and instructions. Do not send your return before receiving authorization.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging (or similar). Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return authorization form.

Step 4: Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For customers in the European Union: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, HomeSuit will cover the return shipping costs upon verification. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • For customers outside the European Union: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except for verified defective items. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred on return shipments are also the customer‘s responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at popular@behomesuit.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing the damage or the incorrect item. Once we verify the issue, we will provide one of the following remedies at no cost to you:

  • Full refund (including original shipping costs)

  • Replacement item (subject to stock availability)

  • Store credit equivalent to the purchase price plus original shipping

We may require you to return the original item using a prepaid shipping label we provide. If so, the return shipping cost will be covered by HomeSuit.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will include:

  • The full product price paid (excluding any discounts or promotions that were applied to the original order)

  • Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item) or if you return the entire order. For partial returns or change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All refunds are issued in Euros (EUR). If your credit card or payment account uses a different currency, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount. HomeSuit is not responsible for such differences.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Your refund for the returned item will be processed separately.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days from our approval notice, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your payment provider, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at popular@behomesuit.com.

10. Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, under EU consumer protection laws, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This Return Policy grants you a longer 30-day period, which supersedes the statutory 14-day right. For returns made within the 14-day withdrawal period, you are still responsible for return shipping costs as described in Section 5, except for defective items. Our policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU.
