1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through homesuit (behomesuit.com), operated by VELOCITYGLOBE CO LLC. All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). We ship to addresses across Europe and worldwide, with some exceptions as noted below.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will be considered received on the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

For orders to remote areas (islands, overseas territories), delivery may take an additional 2-5 business days. Please contact our support team at popular@behomesuit.com for a specific estimate.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of carriers based on destination and package size, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services (e.g., Deutsche Post, La Poste, Royal Mail). The carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier‘s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and other international destinations), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information. HomeSuit (VELOCITYGLOBE CO LLC) is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to pick up the package from a local carrier depot within the carrier‘s holding period, we will contact you at popular@behomesuit.com to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact the carrier directly and also notify us at popular@behomesuit.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following addresses: PO Boxes (in some regions), military APO/FPO addresses, and countries subject to EU or US trade sanctions. Additionally, we cannot ship to some remote islands or territories. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please email us before placing your order.

10. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
